All submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • If you wish to have your paper published in the refereed conference proceedings, submit an electronic copy of your complete manuscript, not exceeding 30 pages, double-spaced, to the conference email before April 30, 2014. Papers will be reviewed, and final decisions will be communicated no later than May 30, 2013. Revisions may be expected. Final manuscripts, in the required format with changes consistent with requested revisions, must be received by May 30, 2014 at the latest. • Manuscript submissions should include a separate title page (listing all authors, their affiliations, addresses, telephone/fax numbers and e-mail addresses) and a manuscript (including title, abstract, JEL codes, main text, references). For papers with multiple authors, indicate the author with whom we should correspond.  All papers will be subjected to the blind peer review process. They will be judged primarily on the basis of original contribution to scholarship, overall quality, and interest to the conference. Reviewers' comments will be provided to authors when notified of the Program Committee’s decisions. The final manuscript published in the conference proceedings may not exceed 10 pages in A4 size, single-spaced, including tables, figures, and references. All of the references cited in the body of the paper must be presented at references. Manuscripts that do not conform to the publication guidelines will not be published.
  • Each registered author is entitled to have a maximum of three accepted manuscripts included in the conference proceedings and/or program.
  • Complete the conference registration form and send it by email to the conference email before April 30, 2014. If your paper is not accepted either for presentation in the conference or publication in the conference proceedings, your registration fee will not be charged. At least one author must commit to attending the conference. In the case of multiple author attendance, all authors must register and pay the conference registration fees, and there is no exception to this rule.
  • Whether attending partially or in full, all conference attendees must pay the registration fees in full. At least one author must have paid the registration fees or made appropriate arrangements by April 30, 2014 at the latest, otherwise the paper will not be published in the proceedings nor included in the conference program. An official receipt for the conference registration fee will be provided on the first day of the conference. Please do not request receipts in advance of the conference, as we do not have the facilities to meet such demands.
